What is GYMMAXXING?

Gymmaxxing is intensive commitment to strength, muscularity, fitness technique and appearance through structured training. It can describe ordinary discipline, but the suffix frames the gym as the central skill tree around which food, rest and time must organize themselves.

Adherents believe

  1. The body is a skill tree.

  2. Consistency outvotes motivation.

  3. Rest days are still part of the program.

  4. Every meal should support the build.
