Euromaxxing packages an imagined Europe as a set of consumable behaviors.
The dominant feed is narrow: Italy, Greece, Spain, espresso, aperitivo, linen, stone streets and afternoons without urgency. The appeal is partly aesthetic and partly ideological—a fantasy of life organized around enjoyment rather than output.
The term flattens a continent into a Mediterranean mood while overlooking regional difference, labor, politics and climate.
